Why should I hire a Pet Waste Removal Service?
Pet waste is a yucky job but somebody has to do it...That somebody doesn't have to be you. Pet waste
carries diseases, and if allowed to accumulate, will become a nuisance for your family and yard. Like
fertilizers, pet waste is washed away into sewers and will eventually enter our oceans, rivers, lakes and
other recreation areas.

How often does a Scooper come to my home?
Schedules can vary based upon the service you choose. We offer a variety of options. Please see our
pricing page to see what best serves you.

What about working in the different Ohio climates?
If it rains we will scoop your yard. If we do have a very heavy rain fall on your service day we will often
be able to make up the work later in the week.
We work in snow because your dog will still be going potty outside. Snow that closes the public schools
will cause a delay in scooping. If we are unable to scoop due to snow we will often be able to make up the
work later in the week.

Do you work on the Holidays?
We do not work on the Holidays.
If your scheduled day is on one of these days we will make up the service
either earlier or later in the week.

What do you do with the collected waste?
All waste is collected, sealed into two plastic trash bags and discretely placed in your trash receptacle.
If you do not have out side trash cans we take the waste with us.

What if I want to skip a day or week?
If your dog will be gone a few weeks just give us a call at 330-434-5664 or drop us an email and we will
suspend your service as long as you like. If you are gone for 2  weeks your service will be pro-rated.

What does your company mean by Satisfaction Guaranteed?
We promise that you will get the service you are happy with. We are working very hard to ensure that
our name means reliable, high-quality service. You must call within 24 hours of your scheduled service day
and we either come clean your yard again or credit your account.

How does the referral program work?
You must be up to date on your account to receive the referral credit. The client that you refer must
stay with the service for 1 month of yard cleaning or 4 scheduled dog walking sessions. As soon as they
pay their account in full you will receive a $12.00 credit on your next bill.

What discounts do you offer?
We offer a discount for senior 55 and older, physically disabled, service or working dogs.
If you received a coupon in the mail or picked it up at your vet's office all you have to do is subtract
the amount from your bill and send the flier with your payment.

Will my service always be on the same day?
Yes, if for some reason we have to change your day we will contact you prior to any changes.

How do you keep from taking germs from one yard to another?
We do not want to spread diseases from yard to yard. We use a broad spectrum cleaner to disinfect our
tools and shoes.

How do you monitor my pets waste when you are cleaning my yard?
If we notice something unusual in your dogs waste we will either call or leave a message on your door.
We like to keep you informed if we notice diarrhea or objects in the waste. We will also let you know if
we pick up a deceased bird or other animal from your yard.

Is there an extra charge for the first-time you come to my home?
With your prior approval, there may be an extra charge for the service if there is alot of accumulation
of waste over time. When you call to set up service we will discuss this with you.
